The RU3 project lays the foundations of
new networks that try to approach the plasticity of users' intelligence
functioning.
The RU3 model of intelligent network lies on the existing Internet
infrastructure while adding a new layer specific to its operation.
Distributed data, moving in this new layer, only concern the information
of data relation and structure. This "information on information"
is divided within a distributed system only comprising the connected
machines. This principle, combined with those of redundancy and
palimpsest, makes it possible to come close to the operation plasticity
of the human intelligence of the users.
