RU3 is a unique project aimed at laying
down the principles of the first networks supporting the interactions
of the collective intelligence of users.
If Internet has been a real evolution in our communication and
thinking modes, it left many of us wanting. RU3 is collaborative
research project that proposes to reinvent the very concept of
networks by placing the users back in the center of their operation.
The users contribute to automatically structure the pieces of
information they are accessing. The users become integral part
of collective intelligence. In our model, collective intelligence
does not emerge from the machines but from the human beings.
